I went to AutoClinic on 23/09/26 to drop off my shocks and springs, which I had purchased from another workshop, for Dallion and his team to inspect due to degraded rubber from the bump stops.

Dallion and the team were very efficient in diagnosing the shocks and presented me with several options to consider. In the end, I decided not to proceed with any of them as the cons outweighed the pros.

Dallion was very professional throughout the entire process and never once tried to hard-sell me on any of the options.

Although there was no transaction this time, I will definitely reach out to them again for my next car, as they are the authorised dealers for KW / STXA suspension.

​I’ve had two separate experiences with them, and both times they exceeded expectations. On my first occasion, it was through MTR to swap to a Remus exhaust for my M135. We've hit a hiccup because of the front canards (car lovers would have known that was always a headache, unless its from factory) and the team even tried submitting it first to see if it could pass LTA inspection without removal—saving me the trouble if possible. Even though it ultimately had to come off, both MTR and AutoClinic handled the entire process with utmost professionalism and guidance.

I have been going there for the past 7 years. Previously was my VW Sharan and now my BYD M6 (change to Profender Drift - BYD M6 owners may want to consider this model if looking to improve road holding and driving comfort without burning ur pockets). My sister sends her VW Golf there too. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Service and troubleshooting of issues very straight forward and professional. No hard selling and pushing to change items. Technicians are knowledgeable and upfront about situation. I was attended by Service Advisor, Sree. You would need to book in advance for them to troubleshoot and they will be able allocate the time to carefully diagnose the situation. Best of all is that they will be able to pick up my car and return my car so there were zero trips made to the workshops except for the first two trips when I started going to them. (A return trip from Toh Guan to Hougang on public transport is no joke). Prices are very fair and reasonable (Been to Jeep Chee, Autodynamac, McWell Ventures, ST Powered, Fong Kim for past 25yrs). Payment and work to be done all through honest and upfront communication. I am very glad to have found Autoclinic to assist me with all the car issues. Thanks, guys!

Change from OEM shocks to Profender Fitz coil over

Week 1
The response from the car was so much difference. Road holding was fantastic, when cornering, car didn’t roll much. Only thing was it was a bit hard for me and bumpy.

Week 2
Adjusted the shock softer by 1 click. The ride is almost perfect. Road holding was still good, car still didn’t roll much. Better comfort. Performance only drop slightly as compared to week 1 (still enjoyed it) but better then oem.

I was skeptical about coil overs (bad childhood), but with profender, I am convinced it worth the change.

Fong was meticulous in diagnosing the camber issue for my M4.

Even though he was already very experienced, he went through detailed steps to cross check all 4 shocks to ensure the setup was precise and correctly installed.

The results were night and day. Car is way more planted and balanced than before when cruising and on hard throttle.

Autoclinic is the place to go for any suspension issues or upgrade! They are the true professionals in this area and you will be in good hands no doubt.

Will be upgrading my setup to KW V3 soon with them and can’t wait to see how much more improvement the V3 will have on my ride!

I installed Profender coil over for my BYD Sealion 7 with Autoclinic. The one who contacted me when I approached them was Noor, who got back to me very quickly and gave a very detailed explanation of the product and the installation process. When I sent in the car for installation, it was very seamless and trouble free. The car was ready for collection after 7 hours and when I went to collect the car, Fong was the one who attended to me and he took me for a test drive around Toh Guan area to feel the difference in the car and also further explain the product to me. The suspension really makes a big difference to the car handling. The car feels more planted, the suspension is able to absorb the shocks better especially when going over humps, and the cornering feels more confident. Just bought the KW V3 coilover kit and got it fitted on my Mitsubishi Evo wagon at Autoclinic, and I’m loving it! The drive feels so much better and bumps on the road are much smoother now. When cornering, the car’s overall stability is noticeably improved. I’m really enjoying the sharper, more controlled handling. Soft when needed, firm when necessary .

Very helpful and attentive staff from Autoclinic! While i bought the DTE PowerControl X and Power Pedal which installation is provided, they went the extra mile to show me how to install the harness myself, in case I need to remove and re-install it myself for car servicing!

Went for a short test drive with the staff explaining the functionalities of the tuning devices...so you know how to tune the performance quickly.

Highly recommended especially if your continental cars are using shared engine with more powerful models; meaning you can "unlock" more performance without exceeding the engine inherent structural limit.
