AUTOCLINIC · KW & ST SUSPENSION SERVICE CENTRE
KW & ST Suspension Servicing and Rebuilding in Singapore
Ride feels different? Suspension leaking or knocking?
If your car bounces more over bumps, feels less settled through corners or has developed suspension noises or visible damper leaks, bring it in for an inspection. These changes deserve attention, but they do not automatically mean you need a new suspension kit.
At Autoclinic's dedicated KW and ST Suspension Service Centre, we identify what needs attention and provide a quotation for the servicing or rebuild work required.
Singapore's only workshop trained to rebuild both KW and ST suspensions.
Performance brands. Support beyond installation.
Autoclinic is a Singapore automotive performance parts distributor and workshop, carrying brands including KW Suspensions, ST Suspensions, Profender, Akrapovič, REMUS, DTE Systems and IOTUNING.
As the official Singapore distributor for KW and ST, Autoclinic also houses a dedicated service centre for both brands. Our support extends from helping customers choose and install their suspension to looking after it through ownership.
The service centre gives KW and ST owners access to manufacturer-trained rebuild expertise here in Singapore.
We use specialised KW service equipment and tools supplied from KW Suspensions Germany to support accurate, application-specific suspension servicing and rebuilds.
Wherever you are in your KW or ST ownership.
Your current setup needs attention
A leaking damper, persistent bouncing or a change in ride and handling does not necessarily mean replacing the entire kit. Servicing or rebuilding may allow you to retain your existing setup.
We inspect the suspension and establish what is causing the problem before recommending work. Tyres, mounts and other suspension components can produce similar symptoms, so diagnosis comes first.
You bought a used set
Whether you bought the coilovers separately or they came fitted to your car, their history and condition may be uncertain.
If the suspension is already installed, bring the car to Autoclinic. If it has been removed, bring the suspension set to our service centre. An in-person inspection lets us establish its condition before you install it or spend further on it. Where servicing or rebuilding is required, we explain the work and provide a quotation before proceeding.
You are considering KW or ST
When choosing suspension, it helps to know who can support it after installation.
Autoclinic's service centre provides ongoing inspection, servicing and rebuild capability across KW and ST suspension ranges. That support continues beyond the initial purchase and warranty period, giving you a clearer picture of long-term ownership before investing in a new setup.
Every rebuild starts with a proper plan. Our KW-trained experts review the application and technical data before servicing begins, ensuring the work follows KW’s specified procedures.
Cleaned thoroughly. Rebuilt to specification. Verified on the dyno.
Full strip-down and inspection
Suitable dampers are fully stripped down so their internal condition can be assessed and the required service work identified.
Thorough cleaning
Components are cleaned thoroughly to remove accumulated dirt and grime. The cosmetic result depends on the suspension's age and condition, so existing corrosion, surface wear and permanent marks may remain.

100% genuine KW or ST factory parts
Required service components are replaced using 100% genuine KW or ST factory parts. Depending on the work required, the rebuild can include replacement of seals, oil and other applicable service components.
Rebuilt to factory specification
The damper is reassembled and rebuilt according to the relevant KW or ST factory specifications for that suspension.
Every KW application is serviced according to the official technical documentation from KW Suspensions HQ in Germany — not by guesswork.
Shock dyno verification
After rebuilding, the damper is tested on Autoclinic's shock dyno. Its measured damping behaviour is compared with the relevant factory reference graphs to verify its performance beyond what a visual inspection can show.
Outside Singapore? You can send your KW or ST suspension to us.

Once received, we inspect its condition and establish whether servicing or rebuilding is appropriate. We will then advise you of the required work and provide a quotation before proceeding.
Bring it in. We'll inspect it and quote for the work.

Frequently asked questions
Recognising a suspension problem
How do I know if my KW or ST suspension needs attention?
Changes such as increased bouncing over bumps, new knocking or suspension noises, visible damper leakage, less settled handling through corners or adjusters that no longer operate normally are reasons to have the suspension inspected. These symptoms do not by themselves confirm that the damper is faulty, because tyres, mounts and other suspension components can produce similar symptoms.
Is oil leaking from a KW or ST damper normal?
Visible leakage is a reason to have the damper inspected. Autoclinic checks the suspension in person to establish its condition and whether servicing or rebuilding is appropriate.
Why has my car started bouncing more over bumps?
A change in how quickly the car settles after a bump can indicate that something in the suspension needs attention. It does not identify the cause on its own, so Autoclinic inspects the suspension and surrounding components before recommending work.
Why am I hearing knocking or new noises from my suspension?
Suspension noises can have several causes and do not necessarily mean the damper itself has failed. Autoclinic checks the suspension in person to identify what requires attention before recommending servicing or rebuilding.
Why does my car feel less settled through corners than it used to?
A noticeable change in ride or handling is worth investigating. Dampers are one possible cause, but tyres, mounts and other suspension components can produce similar symptoms. Diagnosis comes before deciding what needs to be repaired.
My KW or ST adjuster no longer works normally. Can it be checked?
Yes. Bring the car if the suspension is installed, or the suspension set if it has already been removed. Autoclinic can inspect the unit and establish what attention it requires.
Repair, rebuild or replace?
Does a leaking or faulty damper mean I need a completely new suspension kit?
Not necessarily. If the affected damper can be serviced or rebuilt and its condition allows it, you may be able to retain your existing KW or ST setup rather than replace the complete suspension kit. Autoclinic inspects the suspension before confirming the appropriate work.
Can all KW and ST suspensions be rebuilt?
Autoclinic supports KW and ST suspension across their ranges and models, but whether an individual damper can be rebuilt depends on its condition. We inspect the unit before confirming the work required.
Can KW and ST coilovers be serviced or rebuilt in Singapore?
Yes. Autoclinic is the official Singapore distributor for KW and ST and houses a dedicated KW and ST Suspension Service Centre. Rebuild work can include full strip-down, thorough cleaning, replacement of required seals, oil and other service components using 100% genuine KW or ST factory parts, reassembly to the relevant factory specification and shock-dyno verification.
Do you use genuine KW and ST factory parts for rebuilds?
Yes. Required replacement and service components used in the rebuild are 100% genuine KW or ST factory parts. Depending on the work required, this can include seals, oil and other applicable service components.
Can a suspension look fine but still have a damping problem?
Yes. Appearance alone does not establish how a damper is performing. Following rebuilding, Autoclinic tests the dampers on its shock dyno and compares their damping behaviour with the relevant factory reference graphs.
How do you check whether a rebuilt KW or ST damper is performing correctly?
After rebuilding, the damper is tested on Autoclinic's shock dyno. Its measured damping behaviour is compared with the relevant KW or ST factory reference graphs to verify the rebuild beyond what a visual inspection can show.
Who can help / what should I do?
Who can inspect and rebuild KW or ST suspension in Singapore?
Autoclinic is the official Singapore distributor for KW and ST and operates a dedicated service centre for both brands. Customers can bring either the vehicle with the suspension installed or a suspension set that has already been removed.
Do I need to remove my suspension before bringing it to Autoclinic?
No. If it is installed, bring the car. If the suspension has already been removed, bring the set itself.
I bought a used KW or ST suspension set. Can Autoclinic check it?
Yes. Whether it came fitted to a used car or you bought the suspension separately, Autoclinic can inspect the set in person before installation to establish its condition. If servicing or rebuilding is required, we explain the work and provide a quotation before proceeding.
I don't know which KW or ST model is fitted to my car. Can you still inspect it?
Yes. Bring the car with the suspension installed, or bring the removed set. The team can check its identification details during inspection.
Can I send my KW or ST suspension to Autoclinic from outside Singapore?
Yes. Overseas customers can arrange to send a removed KW or ST suspension set to our Singapore service centre for inspection. We assess its condition and advise on the servicing or rebuild work required before proceeding.
Do I need to send my whole car to Autoclinic if I am overseas?
No. For an overseas service enquiry, the suspension needs to be removed from the vehicle and sent to our Singapore service centre.
Cost and what happens next
How much does KW or ST suspension servicing or rebuilding cost?
There isn't one fixed servicing or rebuild price because the required work depends on the suspension model and its condition. Autoclinic first inspects the suspension, establishes what work is required and then provides a quotation.
Can Autoclinic quote the rebuild from photos or WhatsApp?
The suspension needs to be physically inspected before the required servicing or rebuild work can be quoted. If it is installed, bring the car; if it has already been removed, bring the suspension set.
What happens after I bring my suspension to Autoclinic?
Autoclinic inspects its condition and identifies what needs attention. If servicing or rebuilding is appropriate, the team explains the proposed work and provides a quotation before you decide whether to proceed.
How long does KW or ST suspension servicing or rebuilding take?
Turnaround depends on the work required and parts availability. Autoclinic can advise on the expected timeframe after inspecting the suspension and establishing the repair scope.
